By making a booking through this website, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted London Choice Apartments Limited's general House Rules:

 

 - No Smoking in the apartment or building. Some apartments have an exterior terrace where smoking is allowed.

 - You share a building with other guests and residents or are in close proximity to them. You must be respectful of them over noise, especially between 10.00 p.m. and 08.00 a.m.

 - Parties and other events and social gatherings are not allowed.

 - Pets are not allowed.

 - If you need to check-in between 09.00 p.m. (21.00) to Midnight (00.00) a Late Check-in Fee of GBP 50.00 applies.

The Terms and Conditions specific to your reservation will be shown at the time of booking and on the confirmation sent by London Choice Apartments Limited once payment has been received.
